NAR migrating Calls for Action emails

As NAR begins the migration process to a new delivery system, it is critically important to have the new Convio mail servers whitelisted at as many broker/real estate and association offices as possible. NAR needs your help to get the word out to brokers (and IT departments) that a change is coming. Without this step it will be much more difficult to get our newsletters, Calls for Action, Broker Involvement Program notifications, event invitations, and other important information to our members.

You and your broker may have received a message concerning this already but it is an important step to ensure Kentucky members don't miss out on critical messaging from NAR. Click the link below to learn more about the process.

FHA approval cannot be ignored

Due to the elimination of 'spot approval' in February 2010, an entire condominium development must now apply to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and be granted FHA approval before someone can purchase or refinance a unit using an FHA loan. Before its elimination, spot approval allowed an FHA buyer or refinancer to conduct a transaction in a specific condominium unit located in an unapproved complex.
