Valentine
I. Ejiogu to head the SEC, IFRS and Technical Accounting Practice for CFO
Consulting Partners.
Valentine's
career in finance and accounting started at Arthur
Andersen & Co, Lagos, Nigeria, where
he was a National Audit Partner and Head of the Energy and Commercial Group.
His clients included multinational corporations. Since coming to the United
States, Valentine has provided accounting and auditing services to many SEC
clients while at KPMG, Arthur Andersen, RSM McGladrey and Marcum
& Kliegman.
His industry experience includes Manufacturing/Distribution, Technology,
Telecommunications, Apparel, Energy and Consumer products. Valentine's areas of
focus include financial report preparation (including IFRS), SEC regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
Valentine holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Jos, Nigeria, and a
Postgraduate Diploma from Lagos Business School. He is
a Certified Public Accountant in New
York.
