Greetings!
Happy spring from Hiller Chiropractic. In addition to regular visits to Hiller, one of the best things you can do to promote mobility is to be active. We hope the warmer weather offers you ample time to get out and get moving.

Research suggests high fat foods are addictive
|
|
Researchers at the Scripps Research Institute have found that feeding rats "high-fat, palatable foods" repeatedly could alter the neurological chemistry of their brains the same way that cocaine or heroin use did. Read the article "The Dangers of Ding-Dongs" from The Atlantic. |
Spinal Decompression - what is it?
|
|
While a range of practitioners offer "Spinal Decompression", Dr, Rosenberg is the Lakes Area's only CERTIFIED COX® Spinal Decompression Specialist. The Cox® Spinal Decompression technique that Dr. Rosenberg performs:
· is spinal manipulation performed on a specially designed table which has a movable headpiece and movable leg area. Each section flexes, extends, laterally bends and circumducts (combination of flexion and lateral flexion), and long-y-axis plane distracts.
· drops intradiscal pressure, widens the spinal canal, reduces pressure on the spinal nerves, and return motions to spinal joints.
· is appropriate for low back and leg pain as well as neck and arm pain conditions.
· reduces pain due to disc herniation, slipped disc, ruptured disc, facet syndrome, stenosis, spondylolisthesis, neck pain, arm pain, leg pain, sciatica, and much more.
· is non-surgical, doctor-controlled, hands-on care for spinal pain conditions.
· seeks to return the patient to his/her desired quality of life.
· is virtually PAIN-FREE technique that does not "crack" the spine.
