Forums on UFMCC Restructuring

June 12th & 13thOur denomination is in the process of
transforming the way it operates to be more efficient and effective in
providing resources and support for local churches. The proposed changes will be voted on at our upcoming
General Conference in Acapulco.

Summer Bible Institute (SBI)

Join us for a 6-week study entitled Saving Jesus. This
professionally prepared curriculum includes readings, guided discussions
and video segments featuring leading religious figures of our time.
Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings beginning July 13th.
Tuition is
$20, includes ALL materials, and is non-refundable and due with the
registration form to secure your reservation. (A limited
number of partial scholarships are available.) Registration will
begin on June 12th and is limited to the first 25 paid participants. The
instructor for this class is: Marie Tasker.

June Prayer Partner

MCC General Conference
For the month of June MCCLV has chosen a different type of prayer partner. Instead of an individual and their ministry, we are praying for the MCC General Conference meeting
in Acapulco, Mexico from June 23 to July 2.
OUR specific prayers for
the conference are: for a
successful, spirit-filled and spirit-led conference: may the Spirit of
Christ permeate our business, our fellowship, our workshops and our
worship
for traveling mercies for all
those attending: safe travel, passage and protection during the
conference
for the transformation of
our organizational structure into something new that is effective,
reflects our values, and is efficient & cost effective
for the renewal of our common vision and purpose that it may
empower and unify our mission with passion and strength
