We Want Your Feedback!

The Frazier Museum is interested in learning more about you and how we can enhance your overall visitor experience, particularly for those of you between ages 14 - 29

If you are not within this age group, but have people in your household who are, could you kindly allow them to participate? Participants between the ages of 14 - 17 will need parental approval and the survey allows for this. Please, if you are a parent, give the necessary approval online.

This 10-minute survey is anonymous and completely confidential. It is being conducted across the United States, and the United Kingdom so your responses are extremely important.

We have teamed up with VividView, an international market research agency, who has provided us with this survey link and we would sincerely appreciate it if you could take this survey.

Thank you! Your feedback will be extremely valuable.
