The Vision Quest for Transformative Leadership is an opportunity to purposefully step out of the momentum of our lives, our work, and our service - to give ourselves and the world the gift of our own humble inquiry into our deepest truth.
This program follows the Rites of Passage Vision Quest model, with three full days of solo time in a wild place of your choosing.
As we individually and collectively step into the challenges and uncertainties we face on our planet today, how are we doing so? We may be so caught up in our mission, cause, and urgency of purpose, that we may rarely take time to stop and check in on a deep level with ourselves. How aligned are we on a daily basis with our own body, mind, soul, and spirit?
In recognizing that the health and vitality of the individual and collective are interdependent, how can we truly serving our communities and our world, if we neglect ourselves? To be clear that the work we are doing is in alignment with the greater good, we need to be in alignment with ourselves.
As we intimately encounter wild nature we find that the reflection of the earth's vitality around us, nurtures and awakens our own source of creativity within. As we develop a personal relationship with the land, our capacity to listen deepens. The collective wisdom found beneath our feet and within ourselves begins to intimately inform our sense of self, community, and the nature of our service in the world.
