Greetings!

| We could not have planned this better if we tried. Stanley Paris, PT, PhD, FAPTA, the August 2009 pin-up for the Foundation's 30th anniversary calendar, successfully swam the English Channel as part of a 4-person relay team, landing on French soil on August 6th at 11:30pm.
"These are the kinds of moments I live for, a real challenge that I was not expected to make."
Paris swam four times, including the last leg of the relay, helping the team conclude the crossing in 13 hours 25 minutes.
Last year, Paris used his Channel swim to promote the Foundation and the importance of physical therapy research. We honored his efforts by featuring Paris in our 30th Anniversary Calendar. Please consider helping us honor Stanley's efforts again this year with a donation to the Foundation.
On August 13th or 14th, Paris will manage the University of St. Augustine Channel Swimming Relay Team as they cross the English Channel.
