 A truism in life is "It's tough to make predictions, especially about the future", but one thing about our future is clear: demographic, cultural and technological changes are radically altering the way we work, play, communicate, and collaborate.
Leading this change is the "Generation Next" or the Millennials, born between 1981 and 1999. Whereas the baby boomers were the change agents of the 60's, they can be viewed as obstacles to change by these "digital natives", who communicate and collaborate in entirely new ways. Web 2.0 and related transformational tools can only be appreciated when viewed through this generational frame of reference.
