Bsquare's new Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3 BSP v1.14 for the Texas Instruments OMAP3 Evaluation Module (EVM) TI OMAP3 EVMfeatures enhanced multimedia options for OEMs. The new v1.14 BSP, a free download from Texas Instruments, now supports AAC and MP3 audio codecs leveraging DSP technologies to offer improved efficiency. Bsquare Named as Finalist for Two Telematics Awards
 
The Telematics awards committee named Bsquare as a finalist in two categories -- Best Industry Newcomer and Best Embedded Telematics Service -- as a result of its key contributions to the new MyFord Touch platform from Ford Motor Company. Using Microsoft's Windows Embedded Auto software platform, Bsquare worked closely with Ford to integrate the technologies of more than a dozen technology partners.
