uLEAD Looking For Program Director/ Facilitator
 

North Central Indiana not for profit is seeking an experienced Program Director.  Candidate must be able to market programs to potential clients through calls, emails and newsletters, write and present curriculum, facilitate programs and trainings, alone or in conjunction with others, and grow and maintain activity database.  

 

Program Director must also work in conjunction with Program Advisory Committee to implement plans for new programs, organize the annual calendar of events, oversee equipment and props for program delivery and create promotional pieces for new programs all while maintaining budget protocols.

 

The Program Director is an exempt position that normally requires 40 hours weekly, but that may require additional time as tasks demand. The Program Director may be required to participate in on- and off-site programs including travel and overnight stays. The Program Director reports directly to the President, who will conduct periodic performance evaluations.  

 

 Requirements include: 

  • A bachelor's degree required in Christian education,   youth ministry, leadership, social work or related field of study.
  • Minimum two years professional experience working with youth.
  • Experience and certification in Challenge/Adventure Education.
