- Start the new year off by sharing a smile and a kind word to others as a greeter before and after services.
- Help out with the Video and Lighting Ministry during weekend services.
- Help is needed in the Cornerstone Bookstore during weekend services.

OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES:
Whenever the city of Wilmington issues a "Code PURPLE" alert, Friendship House strives to offer the homeless a safe, warm place to stay until they can be admitted to the Salvation Army Emergency Shelter at 9:00pm. It also opens its day center an hour earlier so that the homeless have a place to go when they leave the Salvation Army at 5:00am the next morning.
Whenever "Code PURPLE" is declared, Friendship House opens an evening sanctuary from 3:30pm to 9:00pm. Volunteer teams provide the man power for the operation and Cornerstone is providing one such team on a rotating basis.
