Massachusetts Registry License Renewal Reminder
Starting this year, the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles will no longer notify you when your driver's license is going to expire. Since MA licenses are issued for five years, it can be tough to keep track of the renewal date.
The MA RMV recently partnered with a company called Sendza, to provide a free reminder service, either by email, phone or text message. You can register for this service at the following link: https://secure.rmv.state.ma.us/RMVReminder/intro.aspx. Signing up is a simple process but you'll need to have your driver's license handy.
 FYI - to help avoid sticker shock, the MA license renewal fee in 2010 is $50.00 (for five years).
