We are pleased to announce that our 2007 Vinemount Ridge Riesling will be at your local LCBO Vintages store beginning March 20, 2010.  The Vinemount Ridge sub-appellation is quickly gaining recognition as a coveted location to grow Riesling.  This wine is a single vineyard Riesling that truly displays its unique terroir.  It has wonderful minerality, citrus notes and ripe stone fruit flavours.  A fabulous wine for spicy Asian food or fish dishes with lemon sauce. 

 

The wine is featured in the current issue of the Vintages magazine as one of Ontario's "new guard".  There is also a great review by Vic Harradine. Help us make this release a roaring success - buy a bottle or two and let your friends in on the great new secret of Niagara now available in the LCBO.

Our winemaking team has been busy refining some new wines for release in the next few weeks - our 2008 Calamus White, 2008 Semi-Sweet Riesling, 2008 Vinemount Ridge Riesling and 2008 Cabernet-Merlot.  Our next mailing will have more details and release dates.
