T'is the Season. Here I am at the historic Art Deco Netherland Plaza Hotel in Cincinnati for the annual meeting of Historic Hotels of America. I am showing off a basket of Oliver's organic VT breads. We are so excited to be part of this prestigious organization that is dedicated to preserving America's prominent landmark hotels.

We love the holidays. The Inn is beautifully decorated and delicious aromas waft from the kitchen. This year we have added extra fun evening activities for the holiday week: Bonfire, Sing -A-Long, Hot Chocolate Party and Wine and Cheese Reception. All these goodies are included in our room rate without any extra charges. |

GOURMET CHRISTMAS DINING
Here is a photo of our Noel Salad which includes poached pears, organic greens and fresh beets.
Chef Didier is a true Frenchman from Nice. For the holidays he is preparing a four course Christmas Fireside Dinner on both December 24 and December 25.
Entree selections include Prime Rib, Striped Bass, Roasted Duck, and Wild Boar Stew.

NEW YEAR'S EVE GALA
Let's Party. Friday, December 30th, you are invited to join us for Choco lates and Champagne in the living room. On Saturday, New Year's Eve,

AQUA QUEST - Holiday Getaway
Our friends at Aqua Quest have worked hard all year and now it's time to party together. They gathered for a Company Holiday Weekend at the Historic Wilburton Inn. Here, they are all dressed up for a private dinner in our Billiards Room. Very elegant - Very delicious.
