LOGIN AUTOMATICALLY from invitation email
|

Email invitations -- those generated by the system inviting new users to take the Starting Point Assessment -- now include a quick login link so that the new user can login automatically without having to enter their Userid and Password. Look for this link in the invitation:

Need to DELETE a user?
|
|
Superusers can now delete Clients and Coaches from the system. This feature was previously unavailable.
To find this new feature, look for the 'Delete Box' (an 'X' icon) at the far right of each user
record on the Search/Move/Clone page. The selected user will be completely
removed from the system and cannot be restored.

Email notification -- assessment completed
|
|
A notification email is now sent to the creator of a new Client after the Client has completed the Starting Point Assessment. If you are a Coach or Superuser, you will receive notification by email when each user that you create completes the assessment.

Workshop BADGE TOOL updated
|

We've updated our Workshop Badge tool. It is built right into the application and is now much easier to use. This feature is for Superusers only. Learn more ...

Resend batch email to a client set

| You can now re-send batch email to a Client Set. Previously you could send an Email Invitation to a Client Set only one time. Now, the Client Set page allows a Coach or Superuser to resend the invitation email to the Client Set. Learn more ...

Demo Assessment Statistics

|
A Coach or Superuser can indicate that a user is being designated as a demo by checking the demo box on the user profile page. Now, the number of demos that have been used and are still available appear in the Group Statistics box on the Group Control Panel page. For more information, please contact us.

User Feedback / Likert Scale
|
|
Users will be alerted to take the Likert Scale from their home page. Previously, the Likert Scale was seen only upon logout. Now, each user is alerted on his/her MyFolder page to complete a one-click
Likert Scale rating of his/her Assessment results. Once a user completes
the Likert Scale, the alert will no longer appear. This rating can also
be done from the Logout page.
