Make sure your email invitation arrives
When you send an email invitation from our application to a new user, sometimes the recipients' email server (especially in larger companies) may block email from an unknown source. Here's what we recommend that you do: - Let the recipient know in advance to expect email from 5dynamics.net. If they don't receive the invitation, they should first check in their junk folder.
- If they still didn't receive the invitation or if it went into their junk folder, the recipient needs to allow email from 5dynamics.net.
- For larger companies, let the IT department know about this.
