Dear ,

The Power of Balance lies in having the awareness of the many facets of life and how each of these impact the other. For instance, if you are constantly worried about money, you might not join a gym OR, if your home is messy, you might not be inclined to have family and friends in your space. And, if you focus on your work, you might not be investing in your relationships, and therefore, not experiencing the joy of connection.

Balance has been defined as the state of emotional stability in which you are calm and able to make sound decisions. Yes, I believe having balance can lead to a more peaceful existence. But the truth is, having balance is about having awareness of the many facets of your life, and embracing conscious choices.

As a Life Coach, I understand the necessity for balance, and how awareness of what balance is and how it fits into the big picture of your life is key.
  • Career & Education- Do you love what you do?
  • Money- What does money actually mean to you, and are you empowered with your resources?
  • Health & Wellness- Are you taking care of your body? Exercising, sleeping, eating well, getting check-up's, seeking a positive mindset, mentally challenging your intellect?
  • Friends & Family- Do you friends and family support you, and how?
  • Romantic Relationship- How do you feel loved, and how do you love?  Are you happy with or without a partner?
  • Personal Growth, Spirituality & Religion- What do you believe in? How do your beliefs support your life and propel you forward?
  • Fun & Play- What activities have "heart and soul" meaning for you, and are you engaging in them?
  • Physical Spaces- How do your surroundings inspire and support you?
My featured client this month is all about having a balanced life. As an empty nester and entrepreneur, Lauri Arnold is still devoted to her family, friends and own self care, yet she has embarked on her own business, using her talents to help others have order and beauty in their lives. To learn more about Optimal Surroundings, see the information below.

What keeps you from having Balance?  Stress, unclear direction, not living in your values, misalignment of priorities, not being fierce for yourself. If you need to re-balance and re-align your life, I hope that you will consider coaching as a way to assist you in achieving that.

Excavive's Impact and Client Success

I contacted Jennifer when I had reached a point in my business where I knew I needed to make some positive changes and push myself to a new level. Together we explored some new ideas I felt would generate more revenue for my organization business. With her help, I was able to create a new product that I am proud and happy to represent and one that has already generated a great deal of interest. Jennifer gently, but firmly, guided me in that direction while encouraging and supporting me the whole way. I came away with more confidence in my abilities and a deepened passion for the work I do. I can't help but look forward to what the future holds for me.
