"The Power of Passion" is about understanding how you can tap into your own likes, gifts, wants, desires, dreams and give yourself permission to live fully and passionately. In doing so, you will not only be happier, but also impact the world positively. Passion ignites you, sustains you, and keeps you going when it is tough. Plus it is a lot more fun engaging in the things you love with the people you love. Passion assists you in being your truest and best self

What fuels me is that I LOVE what I do. Igniting that on a daily basis allows me to better serve the people that I come in contact with, not just professionally but also personally. This month I have been living my passion by engaging in my creativity and empowering others through my words in coaching sessions, Evolve column and inspirational talks. Connecting with others, even when I speak, really excites me, as evidenced by my client testimonial this month.

My hope for you is that you will embrace a passionate life by having the courage to live it everyday.

''Do YOU love you?'' The week following Valentine's Day,  we'll talk about the basic human need to be loved. But the question is, "Do YOU love yourself?"  Your response is foundational to how you act, react, set goals, handle life challenges, and reach your full potential for growth and happiness. Furthermore, it determines your capacity for giving love. This will be a real "hart to heart" talk. I hope you will be able to join me.

My February Evolve column in Underwired Magazine's XY Issue is titled Embrace Your Inner Dude. In this column, I challenge my readers to get some gumption and be more aggressive, more driven and more confident in going after what they want.
