Dear , Responsibility has been on my mind lately. I first began considering the meaning of this hefty word while creating my Evolve column, "What Goes Around Comes Around," based on the meaning of karma.
Taking responsibility for all aspects of your life can be a daunting task. But that is exactly what I am challenging you to do. You have the power to make better, more authentic choices. And you do not have to go it alone.
Are you ready to take full responsibility for your life-the juicy, rich, fun, cool, amazing life that anyone can have? Responsibility includes not just doing what you say you are going to do. It means being congruent with your words and actions but also being true to yourself.
Not sure where to start or how to prioritize? That is where life coaching comes in. I can give you the tools to start you on this journey, but you have to do it for you and your loved ones. Your responsibility just needs to be cultivated, discovered, and of course, excavated from within you.
In short, Excavive Life Coaching is for people who want to strengthen their sense of self, create confidence, pursue passion, and continue to grow personally and professionally. Email me today to begin your journey.

The lyrics to a popular song says, "Tell me that I'm special even when I know I'm not.
Make it all better when I'm feeling sad.
Piece me back together when I fall apart.
I'm so glad I found you. I love being around you."
I could use these words to describe Jennifer but knowing her as I have
grown to in the last 14 months I've been working with her, she'd be
uncomfortable with this description. She would challenge me with her
fierce, yet gentle guidance as I have navigated the difficult waters of
my life for the last year and a half.
When I came to Jennifer, I felt broken, but disguised it with a request
for her to help me look for a new career direction. I'm sure Jennifer
with her wise, open, and always compassionate heart saw something else
and challenged me to peel away the layers until we reached the inner
nugget.
It was then that she began to help me call upon my better angels and I
began to rebuild my life with Jennifer's guidance- tough when she
needed to be supportive when I needed her to be and holding up a mirror
to show me that I needed to show up in my own life and ask for what I
needed.
My life of betrayal, illness, loss of career and income, and most of
all self esteem, slowly began to build a new life, a balanced life, a
manageable life.
While I would like to credit Jennifer with all of that, she would never
allow that. That would go against the grain of what she does.
Perhaps her greatest gift, is that she is a traveling companion on this
journey we call life. She just has a few more tools than some of us
and is willing to share them. I am blessed to have her path and mine crossed.
