Four Ways To Find Me Online:

Dear ,

This month I must admit that I am being lazy when it comes to getting this newsletter out. Maybe it's the fact that my children are out of school and I want to play with them; or perhaps it's the warmer, longer days that are drawing me to more outdoor activities. Another possibility is the fact that my work has been really busy with amazing clients, inspirational speaking opportunities and other creative pursuits, so my "me" time has been compromised a bit more than usual.

What I know for sure is that in order to be successful in both work and life, time off is really important. So, I am re-structuring my schedule a bit to spend time with the people I love most, going to the park early every morning to connect with nature, following my spontaneous energy by saying yes to new experiences and am planning an extra vacation this summer. I hope that you will find your own ways to unplug and if you need some suggestions, I hope that you will read my Life Coaching column this month tilted "Unplug."

Finally, in this month's "Excavate Yourself" newsletter, I am emphasizing my speaking business by sharing upcoming events as well as my new marketing piece that highlights my talks. I am taking the month of July off from speaking (another respite to re-charge!), but am currently booking speaking engagements for the Fall. I hope to hear from you soon!

Excavive Speaking Success

I received this note recently after speaking to a group of people who work in a medical office:

Dear Jennifer,

"My staff so enjoyed your gracious presence at our lunch meeting. To say that your enthusiasm for life coaching is both exceptional and organic would be an understatement. Thank you for lighting the way- we appreciate it!"

Very Truly Yours,
Amanda Brown

Excavive Speaking Possibilities

I am excited to announce the creation of a whole new refreshed speaker program.  Over the past four years, I have enjoyed motivating others not only in my coaching practice and monthly column, but also in my inspirational speaking.

My speaking experience includes creating several speaker series, being a keynote speaker, participating in panel discussions, facilitating leadership trainings and leading interactive seminars. My subjects have included understanding life balance, setting soulful goals, being an effective leader, communicating effectively, living authentically, managing time, igniting passion, embracing womanhood, and creating abundance. Next to working one-on-one with my clients, speaking has become a true passion of mine.

To spread the word about my services, I have created an informational brochure on my speaking services, and you can view it here. You can also access it on the Speaking Page of my website. I hope that you will take a look and if you or someone you know has a need for an inspirational speaker, please consider me.

Special Plea for Help

My dear friend and mentor Cheryl Glassner is currently battling cancer and completing treatment. As many of you know, regardless of health insurance, medical treatment is expensive. Cheryl's family and friends have partnered with the owners of O'Shea's Irish Pub, Flannagan's and Brendan's Public House on Monday. June 8 from 11 am to Midnight. 100% of all proceeds from the evening will be given to Cheryl to help defray the costs of her treatments. Thank you in advance for helping! Click here for more information.

Thank you for exploring "Excavate Yourself." I look forward to hearing your comments and suggestions for future issues.

All the Best,
