Dear ,My
Life Coaching company was created in 2003 after I decided to turn what I had
learned about self discovery into something I could offer others. I founded "Excavive
Uncovering Your Authentic Self" in early 2004 and created the name Excavive
because I had come to believe in the importance of unearthing your true
self for the sake of living in your own authenticity. Knowing who you really
are, healing past wounds and then creating a fantastic life are not only part
of my personal path, but also my professional one.
Part
of my journey led me to Albert Clayton Gaulden and his Sedona Intensive. Not
only am I a graduate of the Intensive which helped me to heal many aspects of
my past, but I am also an After Care provider which means I support other women
when they complete their clearing. In After Care, I give support clarity,
growth, honesty, love and accountability for 12 weeks following their program.
I have also taken several of Albert's courses, including one on Intuition
that has helped me tremendously in my coaching practice. I am grateful for
Albert and his work in helping people to heal their lives and find their path
to being true and real.
On
December 2, Albert will release his third book titled You're Not Who You Think You Are: A Breakthrough
Guide in Discovering the Authentic You. I hope that you will
consider purchasing Albert's book, and if you do so tomorrow, you will
receive several free gifts, including my latest "12 Ways to Excavate
Yourself" Coaching Giveaway.
Finally,
as we approach the holidays, I hope that you will find joy in the hustle and
bustle of the season. Don't forget who you are and what's important
to you. So here are a few of my holiday tips, as shared on Barbara Bryant's
radio show on November 15th. (a recording of the show will be posted
later this month on my web site.) Make time for yourself daily; have a plan; create
a budget; learn to say no; show gratitude; keep it simple; enlist help; honor
your rituals; make it joyous, not just an obligation; connect with the people
that are most important to you; and sparkle and shine... make it fun. And
finally, give yourself permission to celebrate 2008 and get excited about your
possibilities for 2009.
I
wish you and your family a peaceful and joyous holiday and hope that you will celebrate with people you love.
As you honor the season, I hope that you will reflect on all the good in 2008,
and I look forward to seeing you in 2009!

easier to read and the sections have images of the books as links for easy
purchasing through Amazon.com. These suggestions make great gifts for the
holidays for yourself or loved ones. And of course you are not limited to my suggestions-there is a search box on each page for browsing & shopping!
Friends and Clients often ask - What are you reading? Here is my short list of books I recommend for you or your loved ones: - You Are Not Who You Think You Are by Albert Clayton Gaulden
- Creating Money by Sanya Roman and Duane Packer
- You Are Your Choices by Alexandra Stoddard
- Sabbath by Wayne Muller
- The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann
- Strengthsfinder 2.0 by Tom Rath
One final book suggestion; Starbucks is currently selling a book titled
Where Will You Be 5 Years From Today? It is an excellent coaching book filled
with many of the exercises I do with my clients. I suggest picking one up next
time you stop for a Latte, while they last.Remember to stop by my Reading List to browse some great titles for gaining insight on yourself or to give to loved ones. |
