Double Lamination

When doing a double wall or a double lamination, I have found that using sand screen to rough up the surface is nicer than sand paper.  It will leave a smoother finish that will bond better to the lamination.

Recipe of the Month - Cheese Ball

1lb Velveeta                         5oz Blue Cheese
1lb Cream Cheese                 1t Worcestershire Sauce
12oz Blue Cheese                  1t Garlic Powder

Let cheese soften then cream all ingredients toether.  Form into balls and roll in mixture of chili powder & paprika (equal parts).  Wrap in foil and refrigerate until firm or freeze.  Makes 3-4 large balls or 6-8 orange size balls.  Can be frozen for several months.  Thaws on counter in couple of hours.
