Vision-MTM is a new thermoplastic material ideal for definitive orthotic and prosthetic devices.
Vision-MTM is:

- Equivalent to co-polymer with regard to

- Flexural modulas

- Ease of forming, adjusting and finishing
Vision-MTM offers patients with its optical clarity advantage over polypropylene or co-polymer.
- Offers the patient with a support system that goes unnoticed.
- Patients skin color or sock colors appears through the device
- Patient compliance is improved dramatically
- The patient now gets the benefits of a support system as it goes visually unnoticed.
Vision-MTM offers to the Orthotist or technician:
- Ease of fabrication and edge finishing with conventional methods and flame polishing
- Pressure areas can be viewed through the device offering more accurate evaluations
- Appropriate for definitive AFO, KAFO, HKAFO, spinal, cervical and upper extremity applications for orthotics and prosthetics
- Vision-MTM, which is formed at 340oF can also incorporate any type of sublimation transfers, and comes in 5mm (3/16) thickness only.
- You can sand, glue & rivet to it
- Using a heat gun in tight areas for relief
- It will bond to carbon plates

- It holds up to pressure & torque yet consistently returns to its original form

Recipe of the Month - Cheese Ball

1lb Velveeta 5oz Blue Cheese 1lb Cream Cheese 1t Worcestershire Sauce 12oz Blue Cheese 1t Garlic Powder
Let cheese soften then cream all ingredients toether. Form into balls and roll in mixture of chili powder & paprika (equal parts). Wrap in foil and refrigerate until firm or freeze. Makes 3-4 large balls or 6-8 orange size balls. Can be frozen for several months. Thaws on counter in couple of hours.
