SPIE 2012 Review
Dear ,
Another successful SPIE tradeshow has come and gone leaving the military and defense community with plenty of exciting new technologies to look forward to in the years to come. Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. would like to thank all those SPIE visitors that stopped by to visit us. It was good to see familiar faces and meet with a number of new people interested in E-O testing. We hope to see you back again next year in Baltimore, MD from May 6th-10th, 2013 for another successful show.
SBIR featured displays of our standard, commercial, military and MIRAGE product lines. We also had two test stations set up to demonstrate multiple levels of automated testing using SBIR's IRWindows4™ software .
One station was set up with a Model 13383 commercial target projector system for performing IR and Visible camera characterization. The second station was configured with our latest military IR/Vis/Laser sensor tester- Common E-O. Our primary objective for displaying these turnkey systems was to demonstrate the simplicity within IRWindows™4 to create step by step instructions (with embedded video, audio and written instructions) for a lab technician (with no previous EO testing experience) to perform a set of tests on a device and have IRWindows4™automatically determine if the system satisfies its' pass/fail criteria via a customizable test report record.

SBIR presented papers in two separate conferences. Paper titles and links to pdf versions are found below:
