Nutrition Tip #3:
Omega 3
"The terms "Omega 3" and "Omega 6" is scientific slang referring to the structural composition of these specific fatty acids. All of the health benefits of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids are not known however studies have repeatedly shown the benefits of Omega 3 to the heart.

VENICE: Golfers Hit The Greens to Benefit Girls Team
Ken Haggerty
Correspondent
Venice Herald Tribune |
|
It was a shotgun start for 80 golfers last week at Calusa Lakes Golf Club as they chipped and putted their way around the 18-hole course in support of the Venice YMCA's Goldstar gymnastics team.
For Michelle Guy, director of gymnastics at the YMCA, the day was proving a welcome relief despite the early start. "Oh, this is easy compared to organizing a gymnastics competition," she said. "Everybody's relaxed and out to have a good time. There are no judges, so there's no pressure."
