Make a Difference Day 2012

Make a Difference Day 2012 takes place on October 26th & 27th. This year, Mohawk Industries has made available $10,000 to United Way of Northwest Georgia. Check out the 8 different projects to choose from! 900 volunteers are needed! Sign-up today at volunteernwga.org

 

Make A Difference Day is the most encompassing national day of helping others -- a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. Everyone can participate. Created by USA WEEKEND Magazine, Make A Difference Day is an annual event that takes place on the fourth Saturday of every October.

Join us on October 9th for the next Volunteer Vacation!
Want to help make a difference in your community? Volunteer Vacation is designed for youth ages 13-21 year olds.  Youth are able to get involved in local volunteer projects and make a difference in our community while having fun!  Space is limited to 20 students. Contact Jessica Marks if you have any specific questions. Lunch is provided for participants. Download the registration form for more information.
