Spring Into Volunteerism 

Join United Way of Northwest Georgia at our upcoming volunteer projects.

 

May 4th from 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
The Playground Project @ Westwood Elementary. Volunteers are needed to paint the black top with educational materials. Register online.

 

May 5th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Enriching Eton @ Eton Elementary. Volunteers are needed to clean the school yard and improve the playground by painting an educational map of the USA. Register online.

 

May 18th-20th (see website for time slots)  

Spruce Up the Special Education Department @ Southeast High. Volunteers are needed to paint. Register online

YLS Networking Hour & 5 Love Languages Seminar
6:00 p.m. YLS private reception upper concourse of The Northwest Georgia Trade & Convention Center
7:00 p.m. Dr. Gary Chapman author of "The 5 Love Languages" in conjunction with Family Frameworks, a United Way agency. This event will be held in the downstairs arena at the Trade Center.

 

 

$10 per YLS member includes hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and a ticket to the Dr. Chapman event. Register here.
