project management imageSuccessful projects start with sound planning and reach completion based on effective management techniques. While establishing baselines is key to project success, measuring progress and adapting to changing circumstances is vital to accomplishing project objectives.

This highly participatory two-day course covers, in detail, project estimating to include work breakdown structure, duration and schedule development, resource estimates, and use of the Critical Path Method (CPM). This course looks at various measures of project performance and concentrates on how to keep a project on course. Measuring progress requires that the data be current, complete, and accurate. You will gain insight into best practices in estimating schedules, costs, and resource requirements. Using these data, explore techniques that help measure project status. Click here to learn more.
