Ready, Set, Refresh!
New Look and Feel to My Online Services
Registered users of My Online ServicesSM, our secure member website, will notice something different when they go to log in on August 12. They will be greeted by a fresh new login page and an updated home page that features enhancements such as:
  • My Favorites portal for immediate access to commonly used tools and resources
  • Improved Claims and Benefit Usage portal that offers a snapshot of important information upfront
  • And more!
One thing remains unchanged: Registered users will continue to have convenient and secure access to the information they need for managing their health and well-being. We are simply evolving our website to better meet the needs of our members in today's changing environment!

Encourage your clients to tell their employees about My Online Services today. It's easy to get started by visiting the Web address shown on their ID card. Existing users do not need to re-register, and new users can register within a few easy steps and use the new online help feature if they need assistance.

New OAM User Management Feature for Brokers
Coventry's Online Account ManagementSM (OAM) website enables you to create Agency User accounts when you want to have an office administrator or other staff within your agency access OAM to complete updates on your behalf and/or on behalf of employer groups. With this new user management feature, you can:
  • Create agency users' accounts
  • Assign access privileges to specific groups
  • Edit agency users' accounts
  • Deactivate/reactivate accounts
  • Reset passwords
To get started, you can log in to OAM at https://oam.cvty.com and select the "Request Employer Group Access" button on the home page. Be sure to request the "Broker User Management" privilege when making your request. If you already have access to a group's account via OAM, you should contact the group's Employer Administrator to make the request. Note: The Broker User Management privilege setting must be selected by the Employer Administrator before you will see the User Management menu button on your home page. Then, you will be able to click User Management > Add Agency User to setup a new Agency User account.

Important: For security reasons, we ask that you not share your username/password with an office administrator or other staff within your agency.

Coventry® Mobile Now Features Provider Search

An updated version of Coventry Mobile, which is available in the App Stores for free download, gives your clients the ability to obtain a list of participating network doctors, hospitals and urgent care centers within a few easy steps. Search results include details such as:
  • Name, gender, specialty and hospital affiliation
  • Address and phone number with direct dial access
  • Maps with optional driving directions
What's best about the new provider search feature is users can perform searches at anytime without having to log in. This version of the app also includes a new registration process that offers first-time users greater convenience for getting their account setup in order to access their personal health care information that's available behind the login page.

Encourage your clients to download the updated version of Coventry Mobile today or to search for "Coventry" in the App Stores to get started. If you have any questions, please contact your Coventry representative.

Note: Provider search is only available on iPhone® and AndroidTM smartphones after the 2.0 app update is downloaded from the App Stores.
