| Expanded Coverage for Autism |

In May of this year, Governor McDonnell signed a bill into law that expands coverage for treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder. This law will go into effect on January 1, 2012 for new and renewing clients. To be eligible for this coverage, the group must have more than 50 employees and have had an average of more than 50 employees in 2011. Coventry Health Care has completed the annual actuarial testing to determine whether our pharmacy riders are creditable coverage for Medicare Part D. We have posted a document describing the testing and results on our website.
