| Coventry Health Care Network Change |

Effective December 1, 2010, Coventry Health Care and Advanced Orthopedics are dissolving their business relationship. As of that date, Advanced Orthopedics, a Richmond area practice, will no longer be participating in the Coventry Health Care provider network. Members who have sought services from the practice within the last six months will be sent the attached letter as notification.
Please note that the letter references two alternative providers in the area still available to Coventry Health Care members. As always, feel free to call your Account Manager or Account Executive with questions. | |
