| Commonwealth Anesthesia Agreement |

Southern Health is pleased to announce we have reached an agreement with Commonwealth Anesthesia that has allowed us to welcome the group back into our provider network effective April 15, 2010. Commonwealth Anesthesia is the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at the following facilities:
- St. Francis Medical Center, Inc.
- Chippenham/Johnston Willis Hospital
- John Randolph Medical Center
- Virginia Eye Institute
- Colonial Heights Ambulatory Surgery Center
Southern Health members receiving anesthesia services at these facilities will now be able to do so at their in-network benefit level. |
