| HCA Contract Update |
| We are pleased to announce that after extensive discussions, we have reached an agreement that allows us to continue to have HCA in our provider network for all products in the Richmond, Roanoke, and Northern Virginia markets through March 31, 2013. The successful completion of these negotiations ensures that Southern Health members will experience no network disruption related to HCA facilities. As always, Southern Health is committed to pursuing the most competitive contractual agreements possible. Partnerships like those we have with HCA help Southern Health foster a health benefit plan market in Virginia in which employers have a variety of options when making their benefit decisions. Thank you for your patience and support as we worked toward meeting this goal. |
