- Group size 5 - 99 enrolled subscribers
- $50 bonus per enrolled subscriber
- 10 subscribers per month minimum to qualify
- No maximum
- Monthly bonus payout
Please contact your account executive with any questions. We reserve the right to modify this program at any time and will provide at least 60-days notice of any changes.
We recommend that every broker disclose to each customer the amount of standard compensation and any incentives or commissions paid to them by Southern Health for placing the customer's business. |
