Bash2012Ability Bash

A sell-out crowd attended the 18th Annual Ability Bash at the Olympic Village Inn at Squaw Valley.  Special moments included  Andy Wirth (Squaw Valley CEO/President) presenting Marine Corporal Juan Dominguez with this year's Warrior Spirit Award.  Corporal Dominguez lost both legs above the knee and his right arm above the elbow to an I.E.D. explosion.  He spoke briefly about the impact that the sports camp has made on his life.
Guests enjoyed a buffet dinner with plenty of light hearted fun dancing to music provided by DJ Brooks Rohlen.  Patrick Aitken was the lucky Mega Prize winner (Week in the Napa Valley) of the Great Vacation Getaway raffle.  This year's silent auction and raffles made over $26,000.  A HUGE thank you to all who participated in this event!
