Pain Control and Management through Self Hypnosis
    with Paul Fieger, CHT

Most participants can control and manage their physical pain. You can use the extraordinary power of your own mind to lower pain in conjunction with any other medical program in which you are now participating. Through the use of visualizations and feelings using "The Control Room," The Shrinking Blob of Pain'" and others, it is possible for participants to lower the pain that they may be experiencing.

You will learn how to do this on your own in the privacy of your home or office; you will take from this workshop mental scripts and mental formulas that will permit you to take control of your pain.

Paul Feiger is a certified instructor of hypnosis and has been actively working with clients for the past six years in Thousand Oaks.
