An all-day class will be held Tuesday, July 14.

Based on best-selling author Jon Kabat-Zinn's program at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, the course combines meditation, gentle yoga, readings and group discussion. Offered elsewhere for $1,000, the course is free to people with cancer and their loved ones.

Comedy Night with Barry Weisenberg

Hands On: Sculpting Class with John Storojev

Artist/educator, Storojev founded the California Sculpture Academy to open the world of sculpture to everyone, regardless of experience or talent. Whether you are "green" or experienced in creating art, this three-session class will teach you to sculpt with clay like an expert! All materials will be provided.
