Greetings CT Alumni! As you know, the Cass Tech Alumni Association has our own online travel booking site. Please visit http://www.ctaatravel.com for your travel needs. You will find that the prices are comparable to Travelocity, Orbitz, Expedia, etc. The best part is that every time you book, CTAA will receive royalties from those bookings. So take your next business trip or vacation and benefit CTAA at the same time! What you may not know is that the whole world of travel is open to us and is not limited to the website!

We have an immediate need for two travel coordinators. These volunteers will use the many tools already available to market and promote the website. Other opportunities to generate revenue as travel coordinator include:

1. Starting a Cass Tech Alumni Travel Club. Niche groups love to travel together. There are many sub-groups within our esteemed alumni, including golfers, families, sports fans, gamblers, and more! Every group can represent a group travel opportunity. You are not required to accompany all of the groups, but as the coordinator you can earn many travel privileges for yourself. For trips that you attend, you can go at reduced tour conductor rates or even sometimes FREE (only paying taxes/fees).

2. Assist reunion groups with hotel bookings. Every year, alumni come into town for their reunion weekend. You can easily make the group reservations through the CTAA.

3. Sporting events, concerts, amusement parks, etc. Promote events and sell tickets through the travel website.

4. Senior trips.

5. Student travel (competitions, college tours, etc.)
