Cass Tech Alumni Networking Site

You asked and we listened. A social networking site for Cass Tech Alums has been created. You can join the network by clicking on the picture above or going to http://www.casstechhigh.ning.com
To make it a little bit easier for you to "get in where you fit in," an Alumni Group has been created for some classes. Please become a member of your appropriate graduating class, and encourage any other classmates you know to join as well. Which class will represent the hardest??
From CTMB to Pep Club to PA Guild, Football Squad, Tennis or CT Baseball. Do you live in Atlanta, St. Louis, Chi-town, Florida or Southern Cali? Join your state connection group and find out what Technicians near you are doing. Are you a bowler, golfer, lawyer, doctor or educator? If so find like minded Technicians.
Join your fraternity or sorority group and show love for your college or university. We have over 100 Groups and if you can't find what you are looking for, create a group for whatever suits your fancy. Join the thousands of Technicians who have already begun re-connecting with each other. Have fun and lets stay forever connected to CT. Peace and Blessings!

Historic Cass Tech
Mister Nate Taylor DPS director in charge of facilitiesmet with CTDAPS members and discussed our plan to revitalize historic Cass Tech. Mr. Taylor was impressed with our presentation, and the fact that we are a 501(c)3 organization. He told us he would review the RFP we issued and the several responses we received from potential developers. He indicated how concerned he was with the awesome task he has to protect and clear materials and equipment from closed schools. He desperately wants to get needed materials to schools which have the need. He promised he would review in detail our proposals, and discuss the possibilities of presenting them to his superiors and potentially the Board of Ed. We expect to hear from Mr. Taylor soon and we are continuing to review and contact Interested developers and sources of revenue to move the program forward. We were delighted to read in the Free Press that the legislature increased the tax percentage in the Brown's Field program. Please review our information on casstechhistoric.org Ray Litt director CTDAPS 313 -- 549 -- 8787 |
