Just be honest when doing your approaching, and avoid doing your approaching in dark alleys - that could be considered creepy. What also can be perceived as creepy would be Facebook stalking, threatening someone if he or she doesn't want you and refusing to let someone reject you. If you honestly share your feelings and approach people in well-lit spaces, this would NOT be creepy. But the truth is that no matter how nice you are in your approach, some people might think being approached is creepy. However, if you're really not creepy, the truth will come out. And that's when someone will see that you're the best thing that ever happened in the world to them.
