HELP ME, HARLAN! How Much Sex Does The Average Student Not Have

Dear Harlan,
Just curious - what is the average number of sexual partners an average college student has in college? I'm not experienced in this department.
Inexperienced
Dear Inexperienced,
Ask and you shall receive - according to the latest data from the 2009 American College Health Association National College Health Assessment, of the 34,208 students who participated in the survey, here's who students are sleeping with during a time span of 12 months (sex includes oral, vaginal or anal sex): Roughly one-third, or 35.6 percent of college men and 32.4 percent of college women, reported NO sexual partners during the past year. Thirty-nine percent of college men and 46.3 percent of college women reported one partner. 8.9 percent of college men and 10 percent of college women reported two partners. Six percent of college men and 5.2 percent of college women reported three partners. 10.5 percent of college men and 6.1 percent of college women reported four or more partners. So, to sum it up, a third of students aren't having much sex (if any), most people who do have sex are monogamous, and only a small percentage sleep around. That said, if the person who sleeps around likes to sleep with virgins, there could be a lot of people with very few partners who have sexual souvenirs.
