Proclama mi alma la grandeza del Se�or, se alegra mi esp�ritu en Dios mi Salvador, porque ha mirado la humillaci�n de su esclava. Desde ahora me felicitar�n todas las generaciones porque el Poderoso ha hecho obras grandes por m�. Su nombre es Santo y su misericordia llega a sus fieles de generaci�n en generaci�n. �l hace proezas con su brazo, dispersa a los soberbios de coraz�n. Derriba del trono a los poderosos y enaltece a los humildes. A los hambrientos los colma de bienes y a los ricos despide vac�os. Auxilia a Israel su siervo, acord�ndose de su santa alianza seg�n lo hab�a prometido a nuestros padres en favor de Abrah�n y su descendencia por siempre. Gloria al Padre y al Hijo y al Esp�ritu Santo como era en principio ahora y siempre por los siglos de los siglos. -------------------------------- |
MAGNIFICAT ENGLISH 
My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has looked with favor on the lowliness of his servant.
Surely, from now on all generations will call me blessed; for the Mighty One has done great things for me, and holy is his name.
His mercy is for those who fear him from generation to generation.
He has shown strength with his arm; he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their
hearts.
He has brought down the powerful from their thrones, and lifted up the lowly; he has filled the hungry with good things, and sent the rich away empty.
He has helped his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy, according to our ancestors, to Abraham and to his descendants forever.

PROPHETS WITH MARY FOR A NEW WORLD The prophet is called to be sent: there is no call without a sending. Called to leave home, to abandon the realm of safety, of well-being. Invited to enter fully into the world of his time, to pitch his tent among men, to take the risks of experimentation and the provisional. The prophet is mandated for the establishment, in the heart of the old world, of a new world: the world, according to the word of the Apostle, of the "Joy which is to come."
