| Science & Engineering Discovery Week |

January 12 - 16, 2009
Does your career or hobby involve science or engineering? Would you be willing to share yourself with a class of Burr students for 20 minutes? We're organizing Burr's 5th Annual Science & Engineering Discovery Week, which brings parents into the classroom to provide our children with an exciting and accessible view of science and engineering. The kids love these presentations, and they're easy and rewarding for the presenter. We hope you'll participate by giving a 20-minute presentation to one or more classes during the week of January 12 - 16. We're eager to work with your schedule! We need to organize this as soon as possible for a smooth operation in January. If you're interested or have questions, please contact us by December 5. Thanks! | Looking to share carpool to Lincoln |
| We're looking for a ride to Lincoln on Friday afternoons for a cool program for our 3rd grader who goes to a program at Friends For Tomorrow. We can easily drive the kids home afterwards, it's getting the kids *to* Lincoln that's the problem. Contact Rachel Scheff by email if you're interested. | |
