Walk to School Tomorrow
iwalk logoWednesday, October 8th is International Walk to School Day.  Join your classmates and neighbors, as well as children and adults around the world, in celebrating the benefits of walking. 
 
Join up with others at one of the seven pre-defined meeting locations described here, or walk on your own... just WALK!
 
Rain date is Friday, October 10th (only in the case of heavy rain on Wednesday, which thankfully looks very unlikely!)
 
5th Grade Store and Pretzel Fridays
PretzelPretzels are on sale this Friday and every Friday after school by the flagpole. They're yummy and just $1.00!  As always, exact change is much appreciated.

The Fifth Grade Store is open every Tuesday from 8:20 to 8:35.  Look for fun items at great prices.

5th Grade Ski Passport
Got a 5th Grader who likes to ski or wants to give it a try?
Ski Vermont offers all fifth graders a winter of FREE skiing and riding! Fifth graders can ski or ride three times each at 50 of Vermont's ski areas.  Visit Ski Vermont's website for more info.
