Greetings from South Carolina. As you know, half the battle for healthy teeth & gums is with good nutrition. I have tried to cover pertinent stories (and maybe a little too often) on nutrition, while at the same time trying to be sensitive to the fact that you may well have a good practice already in place. However, news of the Codex Alimentarius will have a profound effect on all of us, no matter how we strive to eat healthy and supplement.

At the beginning of April, I received a news story from a friend in Great Britain reporting that the European Courts of Justice SUPPORTED a challenge brought by the Alliance for Natural Health against the notorious 'Food Supplements Directive.' This support apparently prevented a ban on 75% of vitamin and mineral forms. Of course, the concern was that if the ban went into effect in Europe, the rest of the world would soon follow suit. The Codex Alimentarius Commission, the active arm of the United Nations Food Standards Programme, is currently in the process of completing a controversial global guideline on the manufacture and sale of nutritional supplements. However, the drafting of this text, the Draft Guidelines for Vitamin and Mineral Food Supplements, has not been carried out in accordance with the rules set out in the Codex Procedural Manual (14th edition), and the Guidelines are therefore defective.

I'm trying not to make a short story long .... but I am so excited about the results that I have already received from using the Sonicare Elite Bonus Pack and TheraSol, so, please bear with me:
