Our first Textile & Craft Tour of Ghana was a great success, and we're now working on Ghana 2011! We made stuff, laughed and cried, shopped, learned, met artists, saw the sights, shopped some more, visited a very special orphanage, watched the sun rise, spoke a little Twi, ate, drank, and shopped a little more! See what I mean...
CE is looking into a Textile & Craft Tour II for Fall 2011, so stay tuned for details...you won't want to miss it!
Shown: Prince, a batik artist in Accra, with some of his latest pieces ; ) If you've ever purchased CE's Jacquard Batiks, there's a good chance that Prince personally created some of them!
