More YouTube Stars Go Public
re: Hair Loss & Treatments
Greetings!
The newest generation of celebrities are certainly not shy about their hair loss or doing something about it! Normally, I can't discuss our high-profile patients unless they've given us explicit permission (like ABC news anchor, Jim Abath, for example).
In August, however, we announced that our patient, YouTube's legendary celebrity Kevin 'Nalts' Nalty (over 90 Million views!), decided to come 'out of the closet' and go public regarding his hair loss concerns and his FUE/NeoGraft hair restoration procedure. Kevin's entertaining and educational hair transplant videos already have over 236,000 views in just ten weeks.
Today, we are excited to tell you that Actor/Director/Comedian and YouTube star, Greg Benson (Mediocre Films), has also selected the minimally-invasive NeoGraft/FUE procedure at Bauman Medical Group to restore his hair. In true YouTube fashion, Greg will be videoing his procedure and is making himself available for questions and comments regarding his hair loss and hair restoration procedure.
The first step for anyone concerned about hair loss is a consultation. Greg will be doing his preliminary consultation with us 'live' tomorrow via webcam on stickam.com/baumanmedical, Thursday October 29 at 11amET. Follow us on Twitter.com/DrAlanBauman to receive immediate notification of when we are 'going live.'
On Sunday night, Nov 1st at 8pm ET, tune in to Spencer Kobren's www.thebaldtruth.com to hear patients Greg and Nalts answering listener's questions about their procedures.
Portions of Greg's procedure will also be broadcast live on stickam.com on November 4th around noon ET.
The complete schedule of these events can be found on our Facebook page for your convenience.
Sincerely,
Alan J. Bauman M.D.

 What are the benefits of
No-Scalpel / No-Stitch FUE with NeoGraft?
You don't have to be a celebrity to enjoy the benefits of FUE. FUE-type transplants leave less visible scarring and have a quicker recovery. Short haircuts are possible after the procedure since there's no 'tell-tale' linear scar. Since there are no stitches, restrictions on physical activities are minimal during the healing phase.
NeoGraft procedures can be used to camouflage scars left behind from previous procedures.

Linear Scar...? NeoGraft it!
Camouflage a Previous Scar with FUE/NeoGraft
Do you have an old scar from a previous hair transplant? Do you want to wear your hair shorter but worried about the scar showing? A small FUE procedure can be used to camouflage your old scar. Convenient scheduling and courtesy pricing is available for these smaller FUE cases so contact the office today for an estimate. Email Linda ( concierge@baumanmedical.com) or call 561-394-0024 for more infomation on FUE scar repair/camouflage.

"No-Touch" Implantation Now Possible with NeoGraft
In addition to making the harvesting of FUE grafts more efficient and accurate, the NeoGraft device also features an implantation handpiece which minimizes the manipulation of the grafts during the transplant process. Watch the video of the implantation (if you're not squeamish about those things) to see how it works.

'Nalts' & 'Surgeon-of-Nalts' |
With a background in sketch comedy, actor/writer/director Greg Benson has become one of YouTube's most well-known personalities. From his own home production studio Greg creates irreverent prank videos, comedic short films and popular web series which are best suited for the short attention spans of web viewers. Greg's videos have gone from scoring top hits on YouTube (where his channel MediocreFilms is one of the Most Subscribed of All Time), to promoted channels on MySpace and iTunes, to recent appearances on ABC, NBC and FOX. He has also directed projects for studios such as MTV, Sony Pictures Television and 20th Century Fox, and companies like Microsoft, Pizza Hut and Polk Audio. Greg also directs several hit web series including "Gorgeous Tiny Chicken Machine Show" (distributed by Sony), "Retarded Policeman" (viewed over 50 million times) and "The Guild" (winner of Best Online Series at the YouTube, Yahoo & Streamy Awards). Projects Greg has created or directed have amassed over 100 million online views.
Recently Greg has decided to undergo a hair transplant procedure with IAHRS Member and AHLA recommended hair transplant surgeon, Dr. Alan Bauman. |
As reported by Spencer Kobren on The Bald Truth:
Former product director for Propecia, Kevin Nalty, also just happens to be one of the most watched people on YouTube. His YouTube channel " Nalts" has garnered more than 90 million views on 800+ videos, clearly illustrating his dominant presence on the video sharing website.
Recently Kevin "Nalts" Nalty has decided to undergo a hair transplant procedure with IAHRS Member and AHLA recommended hair transplant surgeon, Dr. Alan Bauman. To publicly document his procedure he has created a blog called, "Hair Insider: An Insider's Guide To Hair Loss."
