High Intensity Interval Training  High Intensity Interval Training: The Way to Go in a Time Crunch

The latest research shows that short bursts of high intensity training, 20 minutes,  can cut your work out times and leave you healthy and with more time for other pursuits.  
Calcium Supplements Not Necessary, Go With Food
Calcium and Vitamin D supplement are no longer recommended for healthy women.  Again, the risk of kidney stones and  heart attack outweigh the benefits.  Let's hear it for weight bearing exercise and green leafies!!Tennis for strength

 
Hormone Replacement Inadvisable for Bone Fractures, Dementia, or Heart Disease 
The US Preventative Task Force has spoken. Again.
 They stop short of saying that they should not be given for hot flashes etc...  I know women like the hormone replacement, but acupuncture works too!

Warnings on CT Scans and Diesel  
CT Scans in Children can lead to Cancer. Diesel Exhaust Designated a Carcinogen.  The U.S. already receives too much radiation from diagnostic scans.  More consideration needed before scanning people!

Acupuncture and Osteoarthritis of the Knee

Another review of the literature shows that acupuncture for Osteoarthritis of the knee is beneficial.
