KEYTEX Account Management Services
The KEYTEX Energy Customer Care Center is an online portal designed to give customers quick and secure access to key account information, including account details, bills, and contract documents. With this new web portal, the customer is able to track all critical information relating to each company's current and future needs. Depending on the level of service subscribed by the customer, billing information can either be entered directly by customers, or for higher levels of service, KEYTEX Energy personnel will maintain all billing data and scan all bills. Once all data is entered, customers are able to run various reports through the Customer Care Center to enable more efficient and precise tracking of company usage and spending.

KEYTEX Energy Municipal Customer Advisory Meeting
On September 25th, KEYTEX held an advisory meeting open to all municipal customers. In partnership with FirstEnergy Solutions (FES), KEYTEX is offering a new plan available to municipal customers with current contracts ending in 2013. Throughout the meeting, the KEYTEX Team gave an energy market update, discussed energy cost factors, the Price To Compare option, and the details of the 2013 program offered with FES. The Team then disclosed what the best municipal procurement strategy would be in order to generate the most savings. Act 129 Program
As a registered Curtailable Services Provider (CSP), registered with PA PUC, KEYTEX Energy was selected by FirstEnergy as one of their providers of the Act 129 Program. Under the Act 129 Law of 2008, EDC's are required to conduct energy efficiency and conservation programs. FirstEnergy has several programs to help comply with this law. Under one of these programs, FirstEnergy pays commercial and industrial customers to curtail load during the 100 hottest hours of the summer. Taking advantage of this opportunity, KEYTEX worked with customers who wanted to participate and benefit from this program. All of our participating customers reached, if not exceeded, their goals for this program, totaling approximately 156 MWH curtailed.

Many of our existing customers do not realize that KEYTEX Energy is also competitive in the natural gas market. Sam Perry, Senior VP of Gas Operations, provides you with our in-house expertise on the latest natural gas and money saving trends. Mr. Perry has over 35 years of executive experience in the energy business, with the majority of those years focused in natural gas. With a 28 year career at Equitable Resources, his expertise is extensive: rate making, drilling programs, interstate gas pipelines, gas supply, natural gas trading, FERC regulations, corporate planning, sales and marketing, and acquisitions. From 2001 - 2009 he worked at the Hess Corporation as the Regional Sales Manager for the Ohio Valley. In this position, he had responsibilities for the region covering Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky.
