STARTING A NEW EXERCISE ROUTINE:

What's Safe... and What's Not

As the recent holiday season comes to an end, many of us (myself most certainly included) might find ourselves with a few extra pounds we'd like to lose.  Whether it's for health, to look better or to once again fit into that favorite pair of jeans, exercise is important.

However, when starting a new workout routine, care must be taken that we don't overexert ourselves. There is a normal amount of discomfort associated with working out, but there are also some warning signs that shouldn't be ignored.

CLICK HERE to learn more about what to watch out for as we start to burn those pounds away.

Contact me to let me know what issues are important to you so I can address them in upcoming newsletters.

All the best and keep safe,
