LAWYER JOKE OF THE MONTH

Q.  What's the problem with lawyer jokes?

A.  Lawyers don't think they are funny and no one else thinks they're jokes.

Don't Let this Happen to You

Why cell phones and driving don't mix.

It's no secret that cell phones distract us, especially when driving. Studies say that drivers using phones are four times as likely to cause a crash as other drivers. It only takes a split second for something to go horribly wrong and if we're not alert, an accident can happen.

But since 2008, drivers in

California have another reason

to leave the cell phone alone...

we can be ticketed by police.

The first offense can be as much

as $150.00 and if you get caught a second or third time, the fines go up.  It is not uncommon to have a $200-S300 fine for texting or using your cell phone while driving.

So pay attention, be a responsible driver and save some money.  Don't let this happen to you.   Click HERE for more information.

Contact me to let me know what issues are important to you so I can address them in upcoming newsletters.

For 30 years, I have been representing clients in their legal matters, this quote continues to serve as a daily inspiration and truly describes my practice.

When advocating for my clients, I don't leave any stone unturned.  So, whether it's a car accident, slip and fall, wrongful death or other legal matter, give me a call or drop me a line.  Let me help you get the just compensation you deserve.

All the best,
